INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Oclixa.com (hereinafter referred to as “Oclixa,” the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “your,” or “User”), and Oclixa, concerning your access to and use of the Oclixa.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or otherwise using Oclixa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

DEFINITIONS AND ROLES

To ensure clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site, regardless of whether they simply browse the public sections or register for an account.
“Service Provider” (also referred to in these terms as an Advertiser or Professional) refers to any User who registers, creates a profile, or posts advertisements on Oclixa offering legal adult entertainment, companionship, or related services.
“Client” refers to any User who browses the Site with the intention of viewing advertisements, contacting Service Providers, or soliciting their advertised services.
“Content” refers to all text, images, videos, audio, profile information, messages, and advertisements posted, uploaded, or transmitted through the Site.

ELIGIBILITY, AGE RESTRICTIONS, AND VERIFICATION

Oclixa is strictly an adult-oriented platform. Access to and use of the Site is exclusively restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is strictly greater.

Absolute Age Requirement: By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18 years of age, or if accessing adult content is illegal in your geographic location, you must exit this Site immediately.

Strict Prohibition of Minors: Any use of the Site by minors is a severe violation of these Terms. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the presence of minors on the platform. If we have reasonable cause to believe that a User is under the legal age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account, delete all associated Content without notice, and report the individual to the appropriate legal authorities.

Service Provider Age Verification: Any User acting as a Service Provider must undergo and successfully pass our mandatory age and identity verification process before their profile or advertisements can be made publicly visible. Failure or refusal to provide authentic, government-issued identification upon request will result in immediate denial of service and account termination.

USER BEHAVIORS, OBLIGATIONS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Platform Role: Oclixa operates exclusively as a specialized classified advertising platform and an online venue. We provide a digital space where Service Providers can post advertisements and Clients can view them. We are not an agency, employer, broker, or management company for any of the Service Providers listed on the Site. We do not coordinate, facilitate, or schedule offline meetings, nor do we partake in any negotiations or transactions between Users.

User Interactions: Your interactions with other Users, whether online through the Site or offline in the real world, are entirely at your own risk. You are solely and fully responsible for your conduct and the consequences of your interactions. Oclixa does not conduct criminal background checks, health screenings, or psychological evaluations on any of its Users. We strongly advise all Users to exercise common sense, prioritize their personal safety, and take necessary precautions when communicating with or meeting anyone introduced through the Site.

Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, actions, and postings that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

To maintain the integrity of the Site and comply with legal standards, all Users must strictly adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. You agree that your use of the Site, and any Content you upload, transmit, or display, will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities: You strictly agree NOT to use the Site to:

Transmit, upload, or distribute any material that is defamatory, slanderous, harassing, abusive, threatening, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
Engage in any activity that constitutes spamming, phishing, or the distribution of unsolicited promotional materials or pyramid schemes.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Site, including attempting to access data not intended for you or logging into a server or account you are not authorized to access.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Strict Content Restrictions: Oclixa maintains strict guidelines regarding adult material. Service Providers and Users must adhere to the following absolute restrictions. Advertisements and profiles MUST NOT contain:

Visual depictions of explicit sexual acts, extreme pornography, or imagery that violates the legal thresholds of obscenity in the applicable jurisdiction.
Material that depicts, encourages, or promotes non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, rape, or assault.
Material involving animals (bestiality), incest, or necrophilia.
Any imagery or text that suggests, implies, or depicts individuals under the age of 18 in any sexual or adult context. This is a severe violation and will result in immediate reporting to relevant authorities.
Close-up, explicit, or standalone photographs of genitalia that violate standard advertising compliance laws for classified platforms. We reserve the right to moderate, blur, or remove images at our sole discretion to maintain platform safety.

SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS (ADVERTISERS)

Authenticity and Truthfulness: If you utilize Oclixa to advertise services, you guarantee that all information provided in your profile and advertisements is entirely accurate, truthful, and current. The photographs you upload must be genuine representations of yourself (the individual providing the service). Using fake, stolen, or deceptive imagery (often referred to as “catfishing” or bait-and-switch tactics) is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

Intellectual Property Rights: You confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, and consents to post the text and images within your advertisements. You must not post copyrighted material belonging to third parties without their explicit, written permission.

Advertising Etiquette: Service Providers are prohibited from posting duplicate advertisements for the same service in the same city or category simultaneously. Attempting to manipulate the visibility of ads through automated means, frequent deleting and reposting (“bumping” without utilizing proper platform tools), or spamming the directory is not permitted.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

“As Is” and “As Available” Basis: The Site, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on or accessed through the Site, is provided on an strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Oclixa makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, regarding the Site or the Content.

No Endorsement or Verification: We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. Oclixa does not warrant or guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Furthermore, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any user-generated advertisements, profiles, or communications. We do not endorse, vouch for, or guarantee the identity, background, or intentions of any User or Service Provider on this platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

General Limitation: Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Oclixa, its owners, administrators, affiliates, employees, agents, or directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Scope of Excluded Damages: This comprehensive limitation of liability applies to any damages arising from or related to:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any conduct, representations, or content of any third party or User on the Site.
Any physical injury, emotional distress, illness, death, or property damage resulting from offline interactions, meetings, or transactions between Users who met or communicated via the Site.
Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Financial Cap: In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—exceed the amount you have paid to Oclixa, if any, for accessing or utilizing paid features of the Site during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US Dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

PAID SERVICES AND ADVERTISING FEES

Subscription and Ad Placements: Where a Service Provider utilizes paid features on Oclixa to enhance the visibility of their advertisements, they acknowledge that they are paying for the digital space and platform features only. We do not guarantee any specific volume of traffic, inquiries, or financial success resulting from these advertisements.

Refund Policy: All payments made for advertising services on Oclixa are strictly non-refundable. If a Service Provider’s account is suspended or terminated, or if an advertisement is removed by our moderation team due to a violation of these Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy, the Service Provider will forfeit any remaining advertising time or credits. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for accounts penalized for policy violations.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oclixa, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Site.
Your violation of any term or condition of these Terms of Use.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
Any interaction, dispute, or transaction between you and another User. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your use of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your State/Country, e.g., India / Madhya Pradesh], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You and Oclixa agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Oclixa relating to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
